The Three way valve is located primarily inside combination boilers and allows hot water to be diverted to the radiators or, alternatively, towards the hot water taps. When the Printed Circuit Board senses a demand for hot water, it transmits orders to the three way valve which then redirects the hot water to the required part of the system.
