About Us. Keeptheheaton.com are totally dedicated to providing users of heating equipment with a fast, comprehensive and reliable after sales spare parts service. Our philosophy is to quote realistic, not optimistic, delivery times. Our aim is to exceed the expectation we have created. Initially we will offer fast moving key parts expanding our range in line with your online requests. We are particularly keen to know which parts you wish to find online. Search Tips. If you know the manufacturers part number key the number in the search box and press enter. (Using search will also find the latest part number if the original part has been superseded). The gas council number of the part (g.c.n.) can also be entered in the search box in the following format e.g. 386-475.
Making A Purchase. Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our Catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have completed your selection, click on ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
To empty cart. The easiest way to clear the cart is to select ‘View Cart’ on the yellow left-hand toolbar and then select ‘Remove all’.
Payment. We accept credit/debit card payment. All payments are online only and processed by Secure Trading or PayPal depending upon your choice.
Shipping and handling. We currently supply to U.K. mainland and Northern Ireland only. Carriage is charged at a flat rate per order and you can order as many items as you require on any single order. Carriage is normally by Interlink, APC or Royal Mail dependant on the type of goods being sent. Alternative carriers may be used.
Delivery. All orders received before 5.00pm will be dispatched the same day except Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.
Standard delivery is usually next working day. Express and Priority delivery is guaranteed next day by the time stated on your selection.
(The delivery default is Standard delivery but you are given the opportunity to select other services during the checkout procedure.)
All orders received after 5.00p.m. will be dispatched next working day.
Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges. For orders supplied in the UK 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Returns Policy. ‘Consumers’ have a seven working days ‘no quibble’ cancellation period after the receipt of goods providing they are in a re-saleable condition. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be sent by post, fax or e-mail. After this period the same terms and conditions that apply to ‘Business’ users will be applied. Please see our ‘Terms’ page. The buyer will be liable for the cost of return carriage. Refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
