The Three way valve can be found within combi boilers and ensures that heated water is diverted to the central heating system or, alternatively, towards the hot water taps. When the Printed Circuit Board detects a demand for hot water, it sends a message to the Diverter Valve which then redirects the hot water to the required part of the system.
