The Diverter valve is located in combination boilers and ensures that heated water is diverted to the central heating system or, alternatively, towards the hot water taps. When the Printed Circuit Board detects a demand for hot water, it relays a signal to the Diverter Valve which then diverts the hot water to the required area.
