Glowworm 2000801325 Automatic Control Module

The Automatic Air Vent allows the release of air bubbles which can build up inside a central heating system, ensuring that the system doesn't display behaviours such as strange noises and increased corrosion. The Automatic Air Vent, as the name suggests, performs its job automatically, without any need for orders from the PCB. A float within the AAV matches the water level within the system and provides an ideal way to release air whilst preventing the escape of water. If the level of the water is high, the air discharge hole is blocked by the float, when the level of the water is low, air can escape as the discharge hole is no longer blocked.
